I have a deep and abiding adoration for Akabane/Ginji fics. --happy sigh-- I love the interaction between Akabane and Ginji, and every time they get screen time together my heart goes flip-flop with nervous anticipation. --grin-- Even though it's been years and years since I got into Get Backers in the first place, this is one story I keep returning to again and again and again.

Akabane is just as sneaky here as he is normally, and poor Ginji doesn't stand a chance against Dr Jackal's machinations, but that's exactly how I like it.
