My computer crashed and I had to reinstall the OS. I lost everything! All my links and bookmarks and places and installs. The only upside is that I didn't lose my fics because I keep them on my external drive. Dammit!

Sorry to hear about the crash and loss. It really sucks and I know how devastating it can be to lose years worth of compiled links/data/stuff.

If you use firefox browser I would suggest using xmarks to save and backup your faves/links online. You can access them anywhere and should a crash ever happen again no worries. Your links are safe in cyberspace.
