Well...I finally got sick of staring at a depressingly bright blue and white page. *shudder* So I figured I'd go for a combination colours which, miracle of miracles, don't actually hurt my eyes.

Things have not been going so well recently with my writing. I seem to have struck a dry well, and I can't pull myself out of it. *sigh* Which is so annoying. I have tons of ideas, and I have so many plans for updating my chapters, but when I sit down to type, nothing comes out!

On the plus side, I rang my mum up last night, spoke to her for about an hour. Heh. I told her I was interested in learning Japanese. Since my uncle is fluent, some of it stuck with her. 'Course, it also didn't hurt that she was in a playful mood last night and so ended up teaching me to swear in Cantonese. <evil snicker/snerk/grin="snicker/snerk/grin">

She's truely excellent. ::laughs insanely::

I've also been peeking around a load of Japanese sites, some of them have wonderful layouts....but translating is a real bitch! I have to use online translators to find my way around them, especially if I'm trying to find the good stuff. The best I've found so far is at dictionary.com.
