Weird dream...
Jan. 2nd, 2009 06:55 pmI had this really weird dream that I can't stop thinking about.
It started off horrible, everywhere I went I didn't fit in, and not in a normal sense either. --grimace-- Weirdos were everywhere. It was like a funhouse town, where the people were only people on the outside, but some of their real insides were leaking out in the corner of your eyes and when you turned to look - normal!
I left and kept walking. Originally I was barefoot, wearing a black dress, which was pretty hot in the sun, but the further I went, the greener everything was, and a cool breeze started blowing gently, and when I eventually sat down, just below the crest of a hill, I was wearing a red dress - which is odd, since I don't like wearing anything other than trousers - and slipper-shoes, thin enough that I could feel each blade of grass beneath my feet. It was like walking on a soft carpet with socks on.
When I stood up and tried to walk, I fell over and gashed my head open, which was nasty and painful, and I had blood everywhere and I couldn't see...but then my other half was suddenly there, and he stitched me up with a needle and white, thick thread, and offered to walk me to the hospital, and although we never got there, it was nice.
Weird, huh?
