So...latest spn episode weirdness.
Spoilers beneath cut for episode 6.02
So, am I the only one who thinks that Lisa rocks? --laughs-- Even if I'm a slash-girl at heart, it's great to see a rockin' female character who isn't dead. --snicker-- (Although honestly, I cheered when Bela died...oh yeah, and cried when Jo and Ellen and Pamela bit the dust. Still a bit ambivalant on the Ruby issue.)
OMG! --squee-- Tell me it's not just me! I just suddenly want a shitload of daddy!Dean and daddy!Sam fics, preferably Sam/Dean. --wibble-- I swear I almost died from the overload of gooey, fluffy happiness. And Bobby John! Hoo-Boy! Not hard to see where those names came from, yeah?
The scene in the supermarket was awesome! --grin-- I want to see more stuff like that, hell, the jokes that the other half made alone! Like when he said to me that they look like a couple and so on when they were looking for baby stuff to buy. --laughs--
Ouch! I actually had a huge disagreement with the other half over Ben. --snerk-- I thought he should have been trained, like he asked, if only so he knew how not to shoot himself, and the other half disagreed violently, advocating Ben's right to a normal childhood.
One thing we both agree on though is that the Campbells are squeegy. I mean, there's something majorly wrong with them. If only because they have had family die and they're barely bothered! The other half and I have been throwing around ideas, like them being raised from the dead to do someone else's dirty work, and working for like a big game hunter who likes the supernatural beasties.
Or having a long con going and they're not Campbells, or that they are, but they're not good people, and they brought Sam into things because they could use him, or hell, Sam's not the real Sam. --laughs-- But yeah, we've been throwing around a lot more, but I'm not going to type it all up.
On the whole, I really enjoyed this episode.
